What perry ellis fit should i get if i want no cuffs but some flex a the waist? i normally wear a 38/32 pant.

They have flexible waist. I wore a 36 waist. Now 34. Inseam 29". No probem. Good product.

I'm between a 30 and 32 length. What do you recommend for these?

if 30 makes you look like walking thru high water and 32 is just a bit too long...pick 32
