This is a real, working adjustor. Though cheaper than others (and more than the junk rip-offs for $89-$119) this one actually works the way it is supposed to. The Thump you get is the right level to actually release muscles. And the Adjustment mechanism does actually adjust the level of the thump from fairly light to fairly heavy. It is NOT for professionals, for whom there are more expensive models with greater adjustment capabilities, but for normal people who want/need to work on themselves at home, it is great. My first one of these, bought here, lasted 6 years of daily use on myself until it finally gave out.

Works well

This is the second J-Tech CAT EX I've purchased. The first broke after only a few years of use. However, I liked the first one so much and the price was right, so I purchased it again as a replacement to the instrument that was broken. I received it quickly (2 days) which was very helpful, but when I started using the new instrument I realized immediately that it takes much more force from the practitioner to squeeze the instrument to create the impulse to the spine. I'm hoping this lessens as I use it, but the first instrument I purchased was not like this at all. UPDATE: After using this tool for only 4 months it is no longer working properly. I don't recommend this product.

I use this for an occasional adjustment of one vertebrae that gives me trouble when I sleep on a hotel mattress that is not comfy enough. I got tired of going to the chiropractor for 50 bucks a visit for the exact same thing that I get from this unit and thought of giving it a try. My wife hits me about 10 times with this and I feel the same relief I get from the chiropractor. Let me just say that I do not expect this to fix all issues and you should consult with a professional if you have back or pain troubles. I have had this one issue for years and I know exactly where to place the unit to get relief. Your results may vary.

Very good, still working for years

I find this way stiffer to fire than my other JTECH adjusting tool. Not a big deal if you use sparingly, but becomes a lot if using for longer periods of time.

My activator broke, and I have been shopping a replacement. This one came as a cheaper alternative, albeit with some reviews that make you think about the pricepoint vs the quality. Well, forget about the negatives. This unit is sturdy and well built. Has a stronger spring mechanism than my activator, and is a bit longer, so it might be a tad more difficult to use for people with smaller hands. Came with a nice carry case as well. The hand cushions are nice, and the tip applicator is stock. I will have to wait and see about the durability of this unit. I had my activator for years before it broke. Hopefully this one will last me just as long, because I love this one.

I have read some bad reviews and since I now own one all the reviews are because they use it wrong. 1: you can twist the end nob to create more force and adjust the intensity. 2: Don't press hard on your skin, just rest the activator on your skin and let it do it's work.

Dal punto di vista tecnico questo attivatore è quello della linea con maggiore spinta che dà un’opportunità di poter dare l’input Anche sul tratto lombare e sa sacrale, quello che è estremamente negativo è il casino che si deve fare con la dogana per sbloccarlo visto che all’estero è un dispositivo medico Chiropratico, mentre in Italia la Chiropratica non esiste proprio nel sistema sanitario nazionale e questo crea molta confusione e fa perdere un sacco di tempo per sbloccarlo alla dogana.

Se siente de gran calidad, buena para ajustar con la técnica de activador. Es increíble y funcional
