This just the right dose to give me added choline during pregnancy. Happy to know it’s made in the US by a largely trusted company. Knocking a star only because the capsules are pretty big and I wish they would be a bit smaller.

Citocoline, or choline, helps me with memory. I tried Prevagen, and it didn't do anything for me. After reading in about choline in Consumer Reports on Health and checking with a couple of other reputable sources, I decided to try it out. The results have been positive for me; can't say this will work for everyone. Bonus--this comes in a glass bottle, NOT PLASTIC! So no microplastics floating around in your gut (well, at least not from this product).

Definitely will be buying again I’ve taken this all throughout my pregnancy and it’s worked great so far no stomach issues at all (pregnant women need about 450mg of choline a day) it doesn’t taste like anything especially when you have it with juice

I've been using this choline to help support pregnancy as well as postpartum with no issues. Upon my most recent order on Amazon Prime Day, the bottle I recieved has capsules that are much larger than the previous 4 bottles. Upon reaching out to Solgar directly, I was informed that this isn't normal for the product and to process a refund or replacement through Amazon. I am expecting the refund soon and will order a new bottle. Side note from Solgar: Please note that we do not have a store on Amazon, they are the retailer, therefore you are not ordering from us.
