Why does it have to be on when charging?

It can be fully charged if switch on. You can only charge to about 85% if switch off while charging

To power Resmed Airsense s11, what power cord should i buy?

I purchased it to power Resmed Airsense S10 CPAP. It does not work. I have not used it for any other purpose.

I had purchased to run "Resmed AirSense 10 Autoset" CPAP machine. But the machine does not start. with this battery. So, I have not used it further.

The pb240b1 says it is 12 vdc. regulated out. why is mine dropping below 12v when fully charged and only 2 a. draw?
