The inner diameter of the bottle is 19.5 mm. Is this the correct bottle adapter?

I ordered the 22mm (the smaller ones) as they fit nicely in the bottles that were given for Tylenol which I mainly use. The larger bottles were for large amounts of liquid.

How big is the opening for the syringe?

I have a Walmart syringe that came with some liquor medicine and it fits fine in the hole and I have a store bought one that fits as well.

Why do I have to buy 50 when I just need one or two?

You should probably go look for just one or two (they are out there), since that is your need. This item is for people who need who need 50.

What the material it is made of?

It is made of plastic, but the size is not 22mm, It is only 20mm and I had to make a gasket to fit my medicine bottle which was 22 mm.
