I’ve been cycling for MANY years indoors and IRL and for many years, as soon as I discovered the SIS Hydro, I vane been using these tablets. My favourite juice is pink grapefruit so I bought my first batch of these years ago and have been using them ever since. They do NOT produce an energy drink but supply the essential salts and minerals to replace the ones lost through sweat keeping you hydrated. They dissolve very easily and once the drink bottle has been shaken you have a pleasant tasting, not too sweet and sickly, drink that does the job it’s meant to.

I have bought this for myself as I needed to go for runs with this. It comes in a plastic tube and the appearance are of a tablet form where you can break them into smaller chunks and drop them in your water bottle. They dissolve quite quickly and the taste is good, not the best. The performance is apparent after a while and it’s a lot of value for money. I don’t get any muscle cramps when using these, and i’m glad they work. Overall, these are great to have.

Still the absolute best in electrolyte replacement for my lack of bowel absorption. 2 tablets a day in a one litre bottle for the day, great refreshing taste. Can be expensive, look out for offers, it’s sometimes better to buy them in single tubes then other times a full box, just do a good check. As a brand, I trust and like their products immensely.

Love that these are no sugar and easy to pop one into a glass of water. I've added this to my daily routine to keep up hydration. Love the pink grapefruit flavour and think the pack is good value. Berry flavour is a bit too sweet for me though so wish there could be more options for variety.

I really liked the flavour and effects but then the second pack came and the flavour wasn't quite the same, still frapefruit but also faint aniseed taste which I really don't like. Think time to try a different brand.

This works just like other SIS hydro go tablets. Recover your salts and provide electrolytes while exercising. I use it when i go for cycling or hiking and I can tell the difference to just water intake that it does give you that extra energy kick. Will recommend if you go strenuous activity. Taste awesome this one too.

Hab mir den Geschmack Grapefruit gekauft und ich muss sagen ist lecker und was super ist die Tablette löst sich voll auf. Wasser 💦 rein Tablette rein und nach kurzer Zeit aufgelöst. Nicht so wie bei anderen Tabletten wo man erstmal dann noch rumrühren muss. Bin begeistert.
