Comes with everything you need, including tape of the size ordered to inflate to the correct size, spare plugs, hand pump and plug puller. Easy enough to inflate, taking about 15 minutes with the hand pump (gave my arms a workout). Comfortable and easy to use - doesnt lose air and the plugs are really secure. I'm 5ft 2 and the 65cm size was perfect.

Easy to inflate but make sure you get correct size. I am only 5ft and got largest size which is massive but I love it. I suffer from lumber spine pain and leaning over it and rocking eases the pain considerably. I would highly recommend this ball, it is extremely sturdy, well worth the money and can be also used to sit on...extremely comfortable and fun to use.

Really helps me during my third trimester. I have pelvic girdle pain and this instantly helped relive it with gentle exercises on the ball. Material is sturdy and easy to inflate.

Looking through Amazon, there was lots of choice but most were quoting delivery times of months which was not helpful when we're in Lockdown. Needing one now, I picked this in my wife's favourite colour - purple. It arrived within a few days in a small box complete with three stoppers, a removal tool and and a basic pump (again helpful with shops being shut). The price was competitive. I also received an email with a PDF booklet demonstrating some basic exercises. It was easy to inflate and comes with a tape so that you know when it's the right size. So far it seems okay and would definitely recommend.

Cogí la de 75cm y mido 1,66m. Lo digo porque para mí fue difícil escoger tamaño porque muy pequeña me molestaba con la barriga del embarazo. Esta me vino perfecta. Trae hinchador que funciona genial y varios repuestos de tapón. Además de una pieza para poder sacar fácilmente el tapón que parece una tontería pero es muy útil. El primer día debes hinflarla y dejarla 24 horas antes de volver a meter más aire y poder usarla. Yo la tengo todavía hinchada y sigue perfecta. La uso a diario y con el embarazo ya estoy en 100kilos. Asique resistente sin duda. La recomiendo!!!
