They help cut down the spread left by muddy dogs

Bought 2 of these for top landing on stairs look good but slight issue with sliding, quite light weight.

My first one lasted 10 years and even though still good, the corners had been nibbled by my vacuum and it looked a bit tatty. I got another exactly the same so that says something, hope it lasts as long.

I wanted something to protect the fitted carpets in my living room from the depredations of a new puppy in his pen, and I found one. Having previously bought a similar mat as a front door mat, this seemed like a good solution.The rubber backing is waterproof and the top of the mat is soft and low pile, so it suits the purpose I bought it for, but unfortunately it is very thin and fairly flimsy.The mat “creeps” on top of the carpet, despite putting rug stopper mats underneath, so I had to pin it under a bookcase on one side and a sofa leg on the other. This didn’t stop the rug from moving around a bit, and it has torn where the sofa leg was holding it down.TL;DR it’s cheaper than a lot of the similar barrier rugs available, but it’s not brilliant quality. It’ll work for the time being but not as a long term rug.

This mat is ok for the job, but the red that I purchased is an awful dark colour and not like the picture.

Can’t fault the rug , but I thought it was going to be long like advertised but it was rectangular instead but still a good mat I’d buy again

Keeps the dirt on the mat not on my floor. Just pop in the washing machine to clean. Bought some more since.
