where do you get those things the dentist uses to prevent the Carbamide Peroxide from touching the gums? I hate how these burn and recede the gum line

You should only use about 1/3rd of the syringe per tray. If it is squishing up and out you are using too much.

Do you need to use a teeth remineral gel after use? If so , how does one do that procedure?

I first used this stuff when my dentist gave it to me many years ago and now here it is on Amazon. I have never used a remineral gel.

I bought them in July/August 2019: My expiration date was 2021.03.31.

Is this percentage(15%) to strong for sensitive teeth.?

If your teeth are sensitive use Sensodyne toothpaste as your regular routine for a couple weeks before using 15% and that should help. That’s what we give our patients.
