Patriot Pet 12 Inch Bully Sticks Chews and Treats 8 Pack, All Natural and Long Lasting Digestible Chew

As a repeat purchaser of this product for my English Mastiff puppies, I have found Patriot Pet Bully sticks are superior to the other vendors offering USA Made, all natural products. I had tried Patriot sticks first, then purchased from two other Amazon vendors just to see if maybe I was missing an even better product. NOPE! I came right back to Patriot!! Size is as advertised and consistent in every pack. Aroma is non-existent right out of the package, and negligible at best while being chewed. And if stick isn't finished in one session, you can put it back in it's bag while 'soggy' and it will dry back to 'like-new'. While not having any issues requiring customer service, this company seems intent on taking that aspect to a higher standard than their competitors. You may receive a fact sheet about the product with your purchase, or an emailed update on each particular batch of products coming out of their warehouse... And always an assurance that they welcome any dissatisfaction or customer concerns and intend to make amends. High quality product, and owners with a genuine interest in customer satisfaction. Can't go wrong.* for the record: I did not receive any free or promotional product for testing, was not paid in any way for my opinion, nor am I related to the owners~ Lol. Just trying to help other customers with similar needs make a confident decision on product choices.

Great product! Love the fact that it's sourced in the US so I know the quality is up to par. Our husky mix puppy loves these and it will keep him occupied for a decent amount of time. The only issue is the smell. I can't agree with the description which says low to no odor. It's not the worst smell ever but it can be very unpleasant at times and we have to make sure we brush his teeth after he's done. He's not allowed on the couch or on our laps when chewing one of these because of the intense smell. Overall, good product and great value for the quality and price. However if you have an issue with strong odors, I might consider looking elsewhere. But I have to say, our puppy really does enjoy these!

These are very low quality, very thin and smell horrible! My seven month old English Setter puppy had vomiting and diarrhea within a few hours of eating just half of one of these sticks. They smell so bad I had to scrub my hands several times to get rid of the smell.

These are great - I got them yesterday and gave one to each of my dogs, and they loved them. I usually purchase these for $8 each at a local boutique pet store, but these are not only a better deal, they are also made in the USA. The ones that I was purchasing for $8 each actually came from South America. Their thickness is also on par with more expensive ones I used to get locally. They are definitely stinky, but not enough to leave a stench. My dogs just relaxed on the hardwood floors and got down the business. There was no smell during or after. The zip lock bag is also a plus and makes for easy storage (the only piece of constructive criticism I have is that the bag had some tiny holes in it so it was not airtight when I got it. If you could fix this, that would be great because I'm sure they will stay fresher if the bag is airtight). Thank you! I will be ordering these again.

The quality of these seem to be okay. I've bought another brand that seems to be a little better quality, but they were also more expensive. Unfortunately, my dog that I purchased these for cannot have them, as they give her severe diarrhea and vomiting. I'm not sure why that is. The other brand that I purchased did the same thing. I thought originally that her getting sick was from eating acorns, not the bully sticks, but I realize now it must be these, as the last time she had these symptoms, it was after she had been chewing on these for a few days and she hasn't had that problem again until this week, when I purchased more bully sticks and gave them to her. They don't seem to bother my other dogs' stomachs, so I will give them to them, but she is the one that is a major chewer and needed something to chew on.

Unfortunately, I had to throw out the terrible smelling Bully Sticks!My puppy loved chewing on the sticks, but the odor to this product is very bad.I read that the bull penis need to be drained prior to smoking the beef and I question if this was done, as the odor is obnoxious and the house began to smell …badly.When the pup wasn't looking , I took the one he was chewing and threw it out as well as the entire package of 11 remaining sticks…I think this is …LESSON LEARNED …I will not be ordering this product again…ever.Maybe, this is for outside enjoyment for dogs.

The media could not be loaded.  I've purchased multiple types of bully sticks through Amazon or the pet store. I can't say I've really had any bad ones, though my dog seems to prefer the darker toned ones (due to processing, or whatever).I've ordered at least 5 bags so far. My dog, a 90 lb male Samoyed, loves them. Since it's a natural product there is always some variation but I've not had any sticks that were too skinny. When he's in a 'chewy mouth' mood, he can shred one of these in an hour or so, regardless of size anyway. Other times it lasts longer, it all depends on the dog.I've never noticed them being smelly either, but I honestly don't get the questions asking if they are odorless. It's a meat product your dog will be gnawing at for a while, it's going to smell a little like something. Out of all the brands and companies I've purchased from, including this one, they've never, ever been overpowering or even noticeable, to be honest. It's on par with regular dog food, really.All that being said, he goes absolutely nuts when we open the bag of these and will do tricks to get one. He eats them completely gone, even the little nubs. It keeps him happily occupied when we have to be gone a while, or when he needs to be busy when we're brushing him for an hour. I also like bringing one with if we have to go to an outdoor event, like the kids baseball game. It seems to help him stay relaxed when around a lot of people to chew on something while sitting for periods of time. Very pleased.
