Years ago I used this product. It wasn't until recently I've been having issues again with my digestion (seems like maybe gluten and other food intolerances) that I've looked into digestive aids. I've tried Gluten targeting digestive aids and FODMAP targeting digestive aids with limited success. This product seems to be the best solution for me. My bloating, cramping, and gassy issues seem to be minimal to nil when I use these after each meal. I do also incorporate candied fennel combined with this and it seems to be more successful than any other aids I've tried. These taste fruity and are chewable (texture is like a chewable vitamin C tablet) so they're a nice breath freshener. My friends have also tried and liked them.

I have been using papaya chewables for years, whenever anyone in my family has a tummy ache or indigestion, I offer these to them. It always works! You chew on 4 (It depends on the directions how many to use) A nice homeopathic way to feel better.

If you have stomach issues these are great! I just chew a few if my stomach is upset. It is especially good for helping to digest meat. It soothes your stomach and makes it more comfortable if I’m bloated or over full. I carry some everywhere I go. And best part is they taste like candy.

I have extreme dry mouth from radiation treatments several years ago. So, I need help with food digestion. These tablets have been a big help to me. I chew a few after every meal and what a difference. I wish they were wafers as mentioned somewhere in the description but they are pleasant tasting so I don’t mind.

These enzymes..are a MUST!!! I have been using these for a few years now for my ibs issues. My stomach does not digest meat very well or like normal due to slow motility from ibs-c. But when I get full, bloated, uncomfortable and OVER FULL from eating, THESE ARE MY GO TO!!! THEY DEBLOAT and help my stomach feel so much better.
