A good spray for sinus relief!
The Mucinex brand seems to be the only nasal congestion relief i ever get, no other brands seem to work as well as this. I normally get the cooling sinus relief but wanted to try the sinus max. Like another reviewer had said, which i also noticed, it does have a slight burning sensation at first, but doesnt really last long, but probably because it is working to unplug our sinus's. I think its a good value for the money, i have tried other more expensive brands, however, this one works best for me. Im not sure if this really lasts the full 12 hours, but it does last quite awhile. So if you are reading my review and need something to help, i would give this a try.

These are ok but not for someone with arthritis in your hands. I bought 2 and could only open 1. I understand the safety of these caps but think about us older generations

My boyfriend was "dying" of a simple cold, and this shut him up!
My boyfriend gets what my mother refers to as a "man-cold". This is where men who get colds are not used to dealing with any slight inconvenience or pain become completely incapacitated. My boyfriend is no exception. Whenever he or I get even a slight tickle in our throats, he immediately believes we should rush to the nearest ER or urgent care and seek medical attention. As the son of two PA's, I know better than to clog up a waiting room for something stupid. After 3 days of hearing his hacking and moaning, trying my best to patiently take care of him, I bought this with $2.99 same-day shipping on a recommendation from a friend. THANK YOU Musinex for delivering a product that can finally put man-colds to rest. Within 12 hours of taking this, his congestion was eliminated and I was about to PEACEFULLY finish a podcast without interruption for the first time that week. PS: my parents (the PAs) recommend not taking this more than 3 days in a row as it can dry you out. But this is a SUPER effective product for eliminating congestion and sinus pressure.
