Fantastic gadget my football crazy 14 year old son loves it so much and it’s encouraged him so much it’s only made him better

Loves his vest and tracker, great for tracking fitness

Does not connect, got really excited and wanted to use it during the first game, spent the whole day deleting and reinstalling the app, just won’t sync and keeps saying “no GPS”

For any footballer at any level this is a must, very comfortable, love getting the info on performance after a math or training session

Arrived in good time. Happy with product but disappointed in the packaging. Considering the item costs £200 I would expect to get better packaging

Bought For Field Hockey. The tracker collects data OK, but there are problems with app displaying the Heat-Map & Sprint map. (For the same game/session) it sometimes shows heat map, but not sprints, sometimes other way round, sometimes neither, usually does show the zonal percentages. If you fiddle around, edit the session go in come out a few times, swap from game to practice and back again you will see the various maps working at various points, so the data is in there. The tech support say this is known fault and they are working on it. My friend who recommended has an older working version, so I am hopeful. I'm going to hang on to it in the hope they fix the software. But at the moment its not really fit for purpose, the heat/sprint maps were a big factor in my purchase. And for £200 I think its reasonable to expect a fully working product If the software had worked, I'd probably have given it a five star and if a fix comes through I may come back and re-edit it up. (I'm using Galaxy A20E phone with Android 11). Note It is not designed to work on tablets.

When it actually syncs it’s a fantastic piece of kit, and provides valuable insight into on pitch performance. I’m hoping we now have the issues sorted out, after installing/uninstalling the app and actioning countless factory resets. Unfortunately we have had countless issues with syncing the device which has meant we’ve had to contact customer services several times. They will only contact via email and the response time is slow which can be infuriating. If the customer service was better I would have given an improved rating.

beaucoup d'attente dans ce produit, et déçu par ce qu'il propose finalement pas facile d'utilisation, le produit et les applications ne sont qu'en anglais, et la connexion avec le gps est trés difficile
