this stuff is great. it gives you the Protein you need to keep going. The taste tokes a little getting use to, but it does work. Easy to drink, just rip off the top piece,and squeeze it down.

This is my favorite go to protein before the gym. Gives me the energy to power though. Taste alright but for the benefits it provides I’m all in. Love can slip this in my gym bag, or have one in my car whenever I need a shot of protein. Love the portable aspect of these!

I Have these on auto delivery for about a year now. They work great! I would much rather have a couple of these a day than drink a protein shake.
