What i expected

So I gave them a 4star rating because upon opening my package which I was excited about since I'd also purchase a six shooter as well and wanted to try it out. Unfortunately upon opening the container of cones I noticed there was humidity all around the bootom of the inside of the container. It was then that tragedy struck! I realized, the entire container of cones were soaking wet & completely useless. Trust me I know, a real bummer! I was not happy to say the least! However, I filed a return/replacement request for the destroyed cones and within 36 hours maybe less, I received a full replacement and even got the right type(Hemp cones)! Not to shabby. So, Thank you Raw for the replacement and getting it to me so quickly. There was ZERO hassle and I would definitely recommend this product to anyone. If not for the original damaged item I would've given a 5 star rating. Great price, smooth burn & a quality reliable brand. I say 👍!
