If you have been searching for a great tasting organic popcorn, look no further. Eden Organic Popcorn is premium priced but its so worth it. Most other organic or heirloom popcorns have smaller kernels and it doesn't look or taste as good. This product produces large fluffy kernels that are bursting with flavor. No GMO's, no pesticides, no preservatives, just pure natural popcorn flavor. I cook the popcorn a couple different ways using avocado oil or clarified butter (ghee) and both methods work great. I get perfect results cooking it on the stovetop using 3-tablesppons butter or oil and 1/3 cup of popcorn in a 2-quart pot. To get all the kernels popping together and to avoid burning any kernels try this method: Heat the oil or clarified butter until it shimmers and then add four kernels and cover the pot with a lid. Once the test kernels start popping quickly pour the 1/3 cup of kernels into the pot and take off the heat for 30 seconds. This will allow all the kernels to heat to the same temp slowly and evenly. Put the pot back on the burner and continue cooking with lid very slightly ajar to release steam (this produces hot, crunchy popcorn that is crisp and not soggy). You will need to adjust heat based on your appliance to avoid burning. The majority of the kernels will pop in rapid fire very fast. Once the popping slows down and there is a pause of several seconds between popping take the pot off the stove and quickly empty it into a bowl. There should be less than five un-popped kernels left in the bottom of the pot if your are doing this correctly. Top with sea salt or nutritional yeast or whatever favorite topping you like and enjoy!

Popcorn that actually tastes and smells like popcorn. Almost every kernel pops using microwave popper. A little butter some parmesan cheese. Yummy perfection.

Just popped the first batch in an air popper and these are the largest organic popcorn I’ve been able to get in years! Very good!! A mix of regular and mushroom kernels.

Fresher than other organic brands I tried another brand and went back to this one. Very good!
