Tulip ColorShot Instant Fabric Spray Paint, Permanent Color Spray-On Fabric Paint, 3oz, Gold Shimmer

I have a white rug that a dog peed on, and in spite of cleaning, the pale stain remained. I bought this product as a last resort, and I'm so glad I did! I sprayed it on the rug and after it dried, the stain had been "erased". Later, on an artisan placemat that had a wine stain, I used the product again and saved the appearance of the nice placemat. The product says that the paint once applied and dried is washable, and this has been true with the placemat. When sprayed on, the paint dries quickly. I would not hesitate to buy this product again.

Completely amazed. It was a breeze to apply and looks amazing. I can't speak for its longevity yet but it seems PERFECT. I got a very expensive second hand stroller at a great price because the seats were faded. This brought them back to life. Looks brand new. 10/10

Works great. Fully covered my outdoor cushion. No fading after a few major thunderstorms and no transfer on clothes. Deducted one star because one can only covered one 23x23 cushion ( both sides)

I had some old seatbelts that I had tried to dye black. I was not happy and disappointed with that result. I found this spray on Amazon and gave it a try. Wow, I am very impressed! The spray did a great job changing the belts to the color I was hoping for. It dries very fast. I was concerned the belts or any material that you would use this spray paint on would be stiff. But that is not the case at all. The belts are pliable just like before spraying them. I would use this product again!

As others have stated, the color is very light. It sprayed perfectly for me, nothing clogged, I was able to get even coverage for as long as the can lasted. But the can didn't last very long, I needed 2 1/2 cans to get an even color on this 14"x12" lampshade. I'm very happy with how it turned out, just wish I got more paint for my money. The scent was overwhelming, it was a windy day so I did it in my garage and hoo boy was that a mistake. Even with the house door closed and the garage door open it took about 6 hours for the smell to dissipate from my living room. The cats were not pleased. I originally bought one can, had to order 2 more to complete the project, which was a pricey pain in the tuckus. On the plus side, it dries quickly and evenly and sprays nicely. I think next time I'll just use regular spray paint

I almost never write reviews, but I felt like I needed to warn people about this product. I purchased a can of Tulip matte white ColorShotspray and it was a disaster. The spray tip would clog after 2-4 seconds of spraying. I had to pull the nozzle off the can and clean it with paint thinner and a toothbrush to clear it. Once back on, I would get another 2-4 seconds of use before needing to clean it again. After cleaning if for at least the 10th time, I jammed a pin into the spray tip to enlarge it, hoping it would clog less. Enlarging the nozzle opening did help the clogging issue. Once the can got to about 25% full, it began to sputter, causing uneven spray, then seemingly ran out of propellant. I basically had to fight to get the usable 75% of the can out and had to trash the last 25%. The paint that did come out was OK, I guess. I sprayed it on a dark green cotton tshirt. It took a ton of light coats to get a fair coverage and it is definately not soft. I get that putting light paint on dark cloth isn’t the best idea, but this paint didn't do me any favors. The paint was underwhelming, the application process was a nightmare. I will never buy this product again.

The gold glitter was more sheer and sparkly like I was going for! It ended up being perfect for the jacket I was using it on. I did need two cans, but didn’t know if the shimmer or glitter was the product I’d need so I got one of each. The gold shimmer color was more opaque and a harder yellow of glitter. I didn’t need that at all and ended up tossing it but couldn’t find any reviews that distinguished between the two. Both products are easy to use and apply! Super effective, just need two bottles like a lot of the other reviews suggest.

This stuff is exactly as advertised: It sprays onto fabric, sets immediately and does not run. It works exactly like an aerosol spray paint for any other medium. Because this spray has a kind of “pebbled” texture when sprayed from afar, I used it to get an effect sort of like a heather grey on a white stretch jersey fabric, which it achieved handily with a few light sprays from a distance. I used a paper stencil and painters tape to block off unwanted areas, and it worked perfectly to achieve clean lines. Though I hand washed the piece immediately afterward with detergent and water, the fabric paint did not smudge at all. This isn’t necessarily a negative, but this spray smells extremely strange. It’s not a bad smell per se, more like a dense ink smell that is cloyingly sweet and weirdly herbal? This weird smell lingers for a while after you spray, so just keep a note of that if you plan to use this spray at short notice.
