These are great. Loads of variety of different exercises, almost all of which can be done at home or anywhere, without any specialist equipment. About 4 cards require a pull-up bar, and one requires a skipping rope. A few (5?) require something to step onto, such as a chair, block or stool. Some exercises are easy, some medium, and some hard, so definitely something there for everyone at every level. Pictures are very easy to see and understand, so easily suitable to someone who can't read or doesn't know English. I'll be using them to add variety to my home workouts, and also as a coach when I'm getting the team of kids warmed up: the cards will add some fun and variety to the warmup. Suitable for kids or adults alike. Can't fault them, and very glad I bought them.

very useful set, lots of different things to do, i can do all but 4 at home without buying anything but even then its minimal equipment, i can use my 1kg weights for some and arm/ankle weights could be used, very practical.

These have been great during lock down. We normally work out twice a week but during lockdown we decided to work out every morning and these cards were a great way to mix up our work outs. They have a range of hard and easy exercises, and the best part is that they are all things you can do with out needing equipment or weights.

Though I can't do all the exercises on the cards to to health and age, I can do most of them. And because of health issues I can't do long periods of exercise. So this is perfect: I pull a card, I do the exercise or two, I sit down and rest, and later I pull another card or two throughout the day. Works perfectly for me.

Superbra att ha hemma eller ta med sig, tar inte mycket plats. Vissa övningar är väldigt svåra men eftersom att det finns många kort att välja mellan gör inte det så mycket. Tydliga kort.

The card case is taped closed. To open, the gold title peels up and the case is left completely sticky. The case is part of the product and is ruined.
