I bought this for my sister who doesn't like the powder form of collagen peptides. She reported stronger nails.

In quotes below is my previous review. This held true for 2 years, but now the powder does not dissolve fully. I've been on a monthly automatic order since writing my original review. But today I cancelled. The problem persisted for about four months. No return to proper quality. I can't see paying so much for this collagen to make a mess all over my coffee cup. If it's not dissolved, how can it benefit me? Sad to see a good product go bad. I'll be shopping for a new supplier. I originally got into this because I'd heard good things about what it would do for my 63 year-old sun-damaged skin. I felt like I saw real improvement with the BulletProof, but it may have been wishful-thinking. This regimen - a scoop in my coffee each morning, has not continued to show much improvement on my skin, but has DEFINITELY had positive results on my joints. I feel as if somebody has shot my knees and hips full of WD40. I walk 2.5 miles each night up and down hills, and really - I feel like a kid. I love this stuff, I use it to help my joints, also my nails are growing like crazy, and my bones are strong, I'm 72 yrs old. But would love it if you lowered your price, and then you would sell more too! I am a retired 30yr store manager.

I have Grave's Disease and a gluten intolerance. One of the results of both are very weak nails, which separate from the skin and break deep in the middle of the nail. It seriously hurts and looks hideous. I also have both of my thumbnails starting to "spoon" which is also very disturbing to me. I bought this product to see if it would help, after I read all the reviews. I have been hyperloading it for about two weeks - at least 4 scoops a day in water. Which, by the way, is easy to drink as it tastes like nothing and it dissolves readily if you use lukewarm water and add it to the water, stirring as you go. If there are clumps, they will soon dissolve if you let it sit a bit.This seems extreme but the product has changed my life. My nails are growing and, although not fast, they are growing out enough that they aren't breaking off in the center and creating a lot of pain. I have been able to actually put polish on them for the first time in forever because the polish removal would always weaken them so much that I couldn't tolerate it. I have another bag on order and will continue to make sure I don't run out. In addition, I have started using the Bone Broth Protein. The results are still out on that because I am only a few days in but I am going to stay with it, as well. I think, as a bonus, my skin looks smoother and healthier, as well, which was not my main goal but it seems to be a side benefit. Highly recommend this product!

I am reviewing this product after having used it for a week. I'll update later once I've finished this pack size. Prior to using this, I have had issues with hair fallout. I've tried hair, skin & nails vitamins and other OTC remedies but have had no luck. My nails, on the other hand, are generally in good condition. (Pun intended!) I hope that this product will help strengthen my hair and reduce fallout.After 1 week of stirring 1 scoop into my morning iced coffee, I see no notable difference in my hair and nails. I expected results in a month or so. I see that some people are using this to alleviate joint pain. While I didn't purchase this for that, I will say that my moderate back and knee pain didn't lessen after this first week of use.I am pleased to report that the powder doesn't taste like anything and did not change my coffee drinking experience whatsoever. The experience is similar to adding a powdered coffee creamer to your coffee that has absolutely zero flavor or richness. I stir mine into cold brew and it dissolves completely.My only gripe about the product is the zipper built in to the bag. It's very small and hard to zip shut, so I have this inside a larger zipper bag. I'll update this review in about a month's time!Update: After 1 month of use, I see no remarkable improvement in my skin or hair. I'm not sure how long that might take though, so I'll update this again in another month. As for the subpar zipper in the bag, it broke about a week after my initial review, so I had to put the whole thing in a larger bag.

I've only been taking these for a few days but I have noticed a considerable difference. I sit a lot at my desk and don't have the opportunity to move around as much as I am use to. I only have time to exercise on the weekends as opposed to each day. For this reason, I had begun to have trouble with tightness and bloating in my calves due to poor circulation. After taking these supplement, I noticed a difference in two days!!!! I am again walking as usual, the tightness and bloating has disappeared completely and it is so much easier to work out. It is too soon to see any other changes so I will update in a few weeks. But for now, I would buy these again. Thanks again Amazon!UPDATE: Although my nails have always grown without any trouble, I have noticed that they are growing much faster and are much stronger than usual. My hair has grown at least an inch or so since I have begun to take this supplement. I am extremely impressed by the results. I will continue to supply additional updates.
