Resistance Bands, Set of 5 Skin-Friendly Resistance Exercise Band

Nice quality bands very useful for my stretching and exercises. Price is good as well would recommend.

Can withing the time pargin and I like the packing, really good durability, and good for activation for footballers. Would recommend

I bought the Gritin Resistance Bands because I decided it was finally time to turn my arms from “slightly cooked noodles” into something resembling strength. The set comes with five bands ranging from “gentle encouragement” to “are you sure about this?” which is great because you can gradually increase resistance as your confidence (or delusion) grows. What I loved: Skin-friendly material: I was worried they'd snap against my legs like an angry rubber band, but they’re actually super soft, don’t pinch my skin, and stay in place surprisingly well. Levels of resistance: The lighter band makes me feel like a fitness influencer. The heavier one reminds me I am not. Portable: They fit in the little pouch that comes with them, which I now proudly carry around like I’m on my way to a very tiny workout mission. Unexpected discoveries: The “X-Heavy” band is basically a reminder that I skip leg day more than I admit. My cat has claimed the lightest band as her new toy, and honestly, she’s using it more consistently than I am. These bands will expose how uneven your balance is. Apparently, my left side is strictly decorative. Verdict: Fantastic value for the price, durable, comfortable, and great for home workouts—whether you're a beginner or someone who just wants to feel like they tried today. They won’t magically turn you into an Olympian, but they will make you feel just a tiny bit stronger (and give you a good laugh when you catch yourself grunting at a piece of stretchy rubber). Would I buy them again? Absolutely. Would I admit how out of breath I was after the medium band? Absolutely not.

Very impressed with the same day delivery. I have bought these resistance bands before and they are exactly as described. The enclosed booklet is useful too with lots of exercises you can try with the bands.

I bought these for me to help with strength training for my running. They quickly became my 15 year old daughters so I bought a second set. I bought these as the reviews were very good. Daughter loves them. She’s “progressed” to XXHeavy and loves her muscles. In reality, these muscles can not be seen (shhh!) and she’s on the higher strength as the lower ones have all stretched too much, offering little resistance. I cannot use them as they overstretch very quickly without going back to shape. They have snapped doing leg exercises. They’re not too bad on the arms, and do give the ego a boost when you move up a resistance (again, not due to strength but to the poor quality.) We both love the varying shades of pink, and the bag is handy to keep them tidy. I’d probably recommend for someone starting out and for younger people. You are not going to get bulging biceps from these.

These resistance band are as advertised and look to be high quality for the money. These are my thoughts only on an initial look as I have not really had a chance to properly use these, but on a first inspection I give it an overall FIVE (5) stars because they are exactly as described and I expect they will do exactly as they are meant to do. The only reason why I give it 4 stars specifically for 'Versatility' is because the two lightest resistance band levels - especially the lightest one which was for me the Green band (also pictured) - are so basic and beginner level that they really are not much use to me or I imagine to even moderately accomplished recreational level / developed athletes incl. academy level footballers; they offer no resistance really and feel like they could snap. So, this now means in reality, it is mainly just the top three resistance band levels in each pack of 5 that I can actually use; I have to order additional packs to get up to the number of bands I need with two bands in each pack therefore essentially being wasted / not used; also not good for the environment as they are made from rubber. Will be honest and fair though in also saying this was not to be unexpected, as they are exactly as advertised which is why the 5 stars overall remain. Just surprised how basic the lower levels bands were when I got them. I also looked to buy instead customized Gritin packs; packs of 5 with just the higher resistance bands included, which by knowing that Gritin should know how low level level the lower bands are, I would then expect they would have pre packed variety packs for sale, but sadly Gritin do not provide packs with this variety mix of higher resistance level band only. Four stars for 'Durability' is also for the same reason. The Lower two resistance levels to me offer next to zero resistance and feel like they could snap though use. I suppose they might be useful in post rehabilitation exercises idk. Overall, they are as described, come recommended, seem well made on the whole and are well priced so they get 5 stars. Also come in a useful carry case for every 5 band pack which is helpful.

Great product! The quality is amazing and their note was very cute. In the user guide you get some workouts in different language as well which I think is great. You get a little bag with them is very too and it’s very practical so you don’t rough them up in the gym bag or at home when they’re not in use. The heavier it is the thicker the material is so the thinner ones are great for arm exercises

He estado usando este set de bandas de Gritin durante un par de semanas y no puedo estar más satisfecho con la compra. Si estás buscando una forma económica y efectiva de añadir resistencia a tus rutinas, estas bandas son ideales. Lo que más me ha gustado: Variedad de resistencias: El set viene con 5 niveles (desde X-Light hasta X-Heavy). Esto es perfecto porque te permite progresar conforme ganas fuerza o cambiar de banda según el grupo muscular que estés trabajando (glúteos, brazos, piernas, etc.). Material de calidad: Son de látex natural y se nota. Tienen un tacto muy suave, no irritan la piel y, lo más importante, no se enrollan ni se deslizan fácilmente durante el ejercicio, algo que me pasaba con otras marcas. Portabilidad: Incluyen una bolsita de transporte muy práctica. No ocupan nada de espacio, así que me las llevo al gimnasio o cuando viajo para no perder el ritmo. Guía en español: Es un detalle excelente que incluyan un manual con ejercicios ilustrados en castellano. Ayuda mucho si estás empezando y no sabes muy bien cómo combinarlas. Conclusión: Relación calidad-precio imbatible. Son resistentes, duraderas y cumplen perfectamente su función. Las recomiendo totalmente tanto para principiantes como para gente que ya entrena habitualmente
