So far so good i feel like my nails have gotten stronger as well! They don’t taste as bad and i make sure to eat them with a meal, eating them a empty stomach sometimes makes my stomach hurt.

For my Muslim peeps 🤍 I actually heard amazing things about this for many concerns (check TikTok) but sadly I don't think it's halal. I’m not sure tho but when I did some deep research it said that they might use pork and that it is definitely not halal.
