Great rice for Risotto. Nice and creamy

Perfect for making risotto’s. It cooked exactly like it should. The rice held its texture well. Very creamy and delicious. I tried it in several different risotto’s it worked great in all of them.

I have bought this rice 3x now and I use it to make risotto. It has been superb every time and it's a great value. I can't find this type of rice at my grocery store.

This Arborio rice is excellent! The grains are plump, high-quality, and cook up perfectly creamy for risotto every time. I love that it’s gluten-free and non-GMO, giving me peace of mind while cooking. The 32-ounce jar is generous and keeps the rice fresh. A must-have for anyone who loves authentic Italian cooking!

Price is a bit high. But live it

I make Risotto in my Instant Pot using this Arborio Rice. The local Safeway typically runs out of this in their stock and I have found it easier for me to order it on Amazon and have it delivered to my door instead of routinely drive to the grocery and become disappointed. As far as the taste of this is concerned I feel that it is okay. The price is reasonable, and it just so happens to be versatile enough for what I need it for, which is to work in the Pressure Luck recipes I use for the Instant Pot. The dish I am literally making right now (during the submission of this review) is the Pressure Luck Mushroom Risotto recipe, which exclusively calls for Arborio Rice. I have yet to experience any bugs in this rice, like some other brands that I have tried before had little red bugs in it. Not this brand so far (knock on wood). In conclusion, this Arborio rice works for what I need it for in the Instant Pot, and makes for creamy and tasty Risotto.

Always a good product but I noticed the price stays consistent but the size keeps getting smaller and smaller.
