Works great

Got this brand after doing much research on Vitamin B-12. Doesn't have a lot of the additives that some supplements have and aren't gel caps but chewable. Taste is good.

You really never know what you’re getting in any vitamin, really. But I’ve been using this brand now for at least 5 years and I know these work bc I get my B12 checked every so many months and it’s sometimes been higher than it should and I have to cut back and take one of these every other day. So they work! I like that they’re chewable and I love the tropical flavored ones.

Tasty but started to hurt my stomach

My energy was low and moods swingy from a B-vitamin dip my doctor spotted, so I started this B-12 folate for better absorption. One a day dissolves quick under the tongue. After two weeks, I felt calmer emotionally and less tired by afternoon, getting through work without crashes. No stomach trouble, even on empty mornings. Been on it a month now, and it's a simple fix that's made days smoother. Great for active B support without pills. Reordering soon.

When a person is thinking about transitioning to a vegan diet (or has already adapted that lifestyle) it is important that they understand that they are able to get all of the nutrients, vitamins and minerals that they need to live from products other than meat, with the one exception of vitamin b12. That is just not readily available for humans through a vegan diet, unless there is supplementation, which is really important because b12 has a really important role in brain functioning, among other things. If you want more information on this topic, a quick google search will show you some very informative websites. I started taking this chewable vitamin a few months ago and I love it. I get the tropical 2500 mcg flavor, and it definitely tastes fruity and tropical, but not overwhelming, and nothing like a vitamin. In fact, my young nephew loves these so much, he tries to talk me into giving him two every time he is at my house. If the flavor isn't for you, there are a few other options; although they vary in the amount of b12 they contain. When I first started a vegan diet I knew nothing of b12, and in the years since I found out more about different b vitamins and how they work in the human body, I have found my life improved by taking these daily. B12 works best when it is chewable and this Jarrow product tastes good unlike some other brands I have tried.

Não via a hora de receber a B12, e passados alguns dias tomando já me sinto melhor. Depois de 2 a 3 meses não espero a hora de fazer o exame de sangue e contater taxas dentro do esperado de 800 a 1200.
