I bought this product for an additional layer in my sleeping bag for camping and happily surprised by how it is highly versatile that could be used for many purposes. First, this item is humongous yet super compact. The length of this liner is roughly about 7’ which practically makes anyone fit in, and the width is about 20” for the narrowest part, so there will be plenty of room. If thin, even two persons would fit too. However, this product only weighs about 17oz. That’s incredibly light. Not to mention, it’s super compact too. It literally fits on my hand. Yet, this product is not one of those “so-claimed ‘compactly packed’ but once you take it out, it’s impossible to place it back” deals. You can fold, roll, and put it back without hassle. Second, the texture, my goodness, it’s euphoric. The texture of this item is super smooth and dry...but also super stretchy! It makes you feel as if you are sleeping in a smooth velvet sheet of a luxurious hotel. The liner is thin but it seals the heat yet not humidity. As shown in the attached photo, the bigger-end of the liner could be tightened with rubber string with the knot too. This liner is perfect for an extra layer when you go camping! Third, as this item is super compact, I am having an impression that this liner could be used for multiple occasions. For example, I believe I can bring this liner for travel and use it as an extra layer of blankets at a foreign hotel or on an airplane when I feel chill. As this product is so compact, it literally can be fit in any tiniest space in my baggage, which was a happy surprise for me. However, as you can clearly see, this item should be used as an additional layer and not as a regular sleeping bag. Well, at least in cold settings. Maybe you rather prefer this liner over a sleeping bag during steamy summer nights. I am super happy with this purchase and confident the item will be our lasting travel companion wherever I travel.

I just went on a 2-night backpacking trip. My sleeping bag is not very warm but I didnt want to spend a lot to buy a new one, so in opted for a liner instead. This one seemed to get the best reviews and seemed most versatile. I was definitely really cold in my sleeping bag until I pulled this guy up over me... instantly warm! I initially used it was a blanket then eventually used it as a liner. It's a little hard to get into but once you're in there, you're all good. The material is very soft and it's easy to pack up. I'd definitely recommend.

Used this for dessert camping trip, did help to get extra warm, it's soft and worked also as wind breaker.

This liner coupled with your sleep system works very well. I winter camp and use a layered sleep system. Do not expect the liner to replace good sleeping ground pads plus a good sleeping bag. It is part of the overall sleep system. My Sleeping system: 2 sleeping pads totaling R.6.5, +5 degree sleeping bag and the sleeping bag liner. I slept in 4 degrees fahrenheit weather and was toasty all night long. The liner keeps your bag cleaner and is washable plus can be pack down to a small size. I am happy with my purchase...

This product is very soft and will help any sleeping bag maintain its R value. I can say that this will not add the advertised warmth, but it will help remove cold spots and keep your sleeping bag cleaner than not using a liner. The product definitely adds weight and bulk to any pack. But I can forsee this being useful on hot summer nights when a sleeping bag will be way too warm. I'll use it as a backpacking weekend warrior, but definitely not on any multi day trips. The added weight and bulk outweighs the benefit of this liner. Plenty of other liners out there that are smaller and lighter.

Fit well and was so comfy inside the sleeping bag. Doesn't tangle and really helps on the nights where you want a little extra blanket. Packs up pretty light and rolls well inside the sleeping bag.

I needed this when I went on a backpacking trip. I used it along with my 40 degree bag. It added comfort and warmth on colder nights so I was glad to have it. It didn’t add too much weight to my pack.

parfait pour l'hygiene de votre duvet / sac de couchage. nos duvets etaient tres chaud (pour -10 degres), donc difficile d'estimer si ce sac à viande à contribuer à la chaleur. grand en longueur + agréable au touchet => nickel pour un bivouac

Ich benutze das Inlet bei meinen Moppedtouren in dem Norden. Da kann es nachts im Zelt schon mal ungemütlich werden, vor allem wenn man weit im Norden ist. Meinen Daunenschlafsack habe ich dann leicht geöffnet und schlüpfe vorher in das inlet rein. Perfekte Ergänzung. Und genau das Gegenteil wenn es warm ist, dann reicht mir lediglich das Inlet. Es ist weit genug, dass man sich darin drehen kann und verknotet sich auch nicht in der Nacht. Ausreden ist das Packmaß extrem klein. Nach mehreren Touren kann ich sagen, dass es sehr tauglich ist. Sonst wäre es gleich wieder aussortiert worden.

Awesome product! I don’t tolerate cold well, and in my experience this liner really boosts warmth and comfort by several degrees. It was incredibly handy throughout my long holiday abroad: I used it as a sleeping bag liner while camping in colder mountain regions, and also to protect myself from strong air conditioning on planes and in hotels. It did exactly what I needed—added very little weight to my bag, yet made a noticeable difference in temperature comfort. It’s also soft, and easy to wash and quick to dry. It was much more useful than the thinner liner my friend bought for the same purpose. I’m really glad I got it, despite reading a few negative reviews.
