Amazing—great buy!! Love this bag for work and general outings! I was slightly skeptical to get this bc of some of the negative reviews about a “fishy smell”; that there’s no padding for the outer side of the laptop section; and that the bag falls over. ALL of those complaint-reviews seem like an exaggeration to me. I got this bag in Jan 2021 and there is absolutely NO BAD SMELL to this bag at all!! I was fully prepared to have to air this out like people mentioned, but this arrived and is completely normal with zero smell. I put it up to my face to smell it and stuck my nose inside the pockets, and it’s exactly like any normal bag you would buy at a store... I have no idea where people are getting that there’s a smell. As far as the padding issue goes—my laptop actually fit perfectly in the “iPad” section so that it was fully padded on both sides. I also have an even bigger laptop that fits here as well (as long as I place it slightly diagonal). Putting my laptop in the “iPad” section also means I don’t have the issue of the bag falling over like some reviews mentioned. I think people forget to consider the measurements before buying things like this, and that may be the problem here. Overall this is an amazing bag!! I took a photo in natural light to see it better, but the material is durable, the color is true to the description (and LOVE the deep green!), and it holds a ton of stuff. It is also lightweight, but doesn’t feel or look cheap to me. I will also note that the inside of the crossbody strap (removable) is made of a rope material (see pic), which makes it more comfortable on your shoulder than the solid leather on the outside of the strap. The photos show the metal parts as silver, but I love that it’s gold on the green bag! (I can’t speak to the other colors if they have gold or silver pieces.) There are also little pegs on the bottom to keep the bag from getting dirty or damaged. Love all these features! This is a fantastic laptop tote for this price and I highly recommend it!!

I love this bag for work. Room to take my laptop and all necessities to make my office mobile. It is professional looking, the neutral color goes will any outfit and is lightweight enough to take everywhere.

It’s a little too large, but I do carry around a lot of little extras, and this bag fits them all. It’s very stylish.

Bag is sturdy, big, simple and stylish. It doesn’t have too many compartments that complicates accessing your items and the color is as mentioned. Haven’t used a laptop in it but seems like it can fit one! Only issue is that it did not come with the adjustable strap mentioned in the item description. No weird smell lol everybody else must have gotten a weird batch.

This is my work bag and I use it to put everything I need in there. It fits so much and I love how it is designed with different compartments. It makes it so organized and easy to find things when I need to grab it. While it fits so much, obviously the more you put the heavier it gets. For this, I wish the single long strap that’s adjustable was a little thicker or had some sort of padding, but I don’t walk very far with this anyway (from the parking lot to office). The size is also perfect, not too big and bulky, it sits up nicely. It’s also just big enough to put items like my laptop and iPad. It even fits my 40oz hydro water bottle, a thin food container for my lunch, and another water bottle. I originally liked this because i didn’t want to carry a work bag plus a lunch bag, but now that I bring my iPad everywhere I don’t want to risk liquid spilling, even tho there’s a nice padded section for your electronics. Just a preference so I started carrying another bag for my lunch again. And Like I said the bag did get heavy with all that stuff in there anyway, especially in the morning when my food and water containers are full. It’s really a great bag tho! Seriously for the price it’s so worth it. I’ve had it for 3 months now and still looks good, easy to clean. Mine did not smell at all when I got it. I have the khaki/beige one and took pictures in different lighting for reference

I needed to fill a gap because my beloved computer/work bag needs new straps. This was cheap so I ordered it. I’ll keep it to have on hand just in case but I don’t like it and can’t wait til either my old bag gets fixed or I find a good replacement. The outside is very hard which I guess is fine to protect things but I carry LOTS of papers (educator) and my laptop and this bag is just not very comfortable because it’s so hard it doesn’t stretch so you can’t carry much in it. It’s too tall too. It has compartments but they’re just too uncomfortable. Everything feels very tight inside. My other bag could stretch very wide. It’s a lot bigger than my normal bag and yet my computer fits too snugly in it and I can’t fit too many things. It’s not comfortable putting anything in it. The straps are so hard that it’s uncomfortable to put anything in the bag because they fall over getting in the way and you can’t straighten them out to lie in the other direction. It would be better to have three hands to make this operable. Two to hold each strap to the side and one to put your stuff in. So… I would not purchase this again but it’s handy to have in an emergency. It does look nice on the outside. But it’s not very functional.

Very heavy in weight and not value for money. When I initiated the return, the the amazon supervisor in the area asked for OTP. When I gave the OTP. Pick up was shown failed. When contacted the customer care services, the refund which was initiated got disappeared from the account. And return window was shown closed. Not only this much, the supervisor who took the OTP never picked up the call thereafter. It is done with the loyal customers
