Does the job.
Pros: Pretty close to universal, especially if you're willing to tinker with things a bit - there's different size plastic plug things that screw in the back to work with different calibers, and if you don't mind making something that fits right (maybe from a bore brush?) or using a little plumber's tape or something to get a good fit, you can probably make it work with anything less than a .50. Dot is nice and bright, whole thing feels pretty solid and well made, comes in a nice box with batteries that worked and all the tools you need (allen wrench, screwdriver) and a little sight adjustment target table thing. Make sure you screw the back end thing in enough to push it up onto the post, which spreads out the plastic. Otherwise you'll have a bit of a wobble in most firearms. Tried it with a .22, .223/5.56, two different 9mms, and a .30-06. Pictures above show it in a Springfield Hellcat and a S&W M&P Shield 2.0... the latter with the factory Crimson Trace laser also on. As you can see, the two dots are pretty darn close to each other, which is good. You do need to jam the thing in there as best you can, though, or maybe wrap the end in something to get a tighter fit on some guns. A dedicated single-caliber bore sight won't have that wobble... but then if you're like me you'd need a half dozen different bore sights. So long as you remember that these things are not for precision adjustments, just for getting it on the paper before you fine tune your scope, you're good. My guns spend far too much time just sitting in the safe, so it's an easy way to do a quick check and see if anything's been knocked out of line before I go shooting.

Satisfied with purchase.
Product as advertised and got the job done. I will however agree with others that have reviewed this product, not very visible in outdoor sunny conditions. Works good in low light and indoors. Delivered on time.

Took Some Major Adjusting
This is a decent laser bore sighter it's not the worst but certainly not the best, in my opinion you get what you pay for sometimes. I can only give it 3 stars and I'll explain why. It took some adjusting because lucky me they sent me one that the laser was off Center so I had to set up a jig that would hold my gun steady cause I dont wanna buy a rifle stand, while setting up a target or really just a bullseye 🎯 once I found a good reference point I was able to rotate this sighter and it was way off it was so bad that when I rotated it a quarter turn the laser came off the paper. I wasn't real pleased with that but there's good news and that's what makes this product worth the investment because it is fixable all you have to do is adjust the Allen screws on the end of the laser and it will bring it right back around although it is a tedious process and takes some ingenuity and a lot of time it's worth doing because the alternative is trashing it. I almost threw this thing away but I didn't however I will say for a multi caliber sighter this one is decent but I certainly wouldn't use it as my primary because it goes on the end of the gun and it's easy to bump and get off target I'd much prefer a chamber type boresighter but with small caliber like .22LR you just can't find it so this is the best alternative that I've found. Sure beats putting countless rounds down range just to get sighted properly. Lastly one thing that really was bugging me was the battery compartment, (I must say this I don't read instructions on simple products) I was doing it all wrong the battery compartment was so frustrating to work with that alone almost made me trash this thing but then I decided to read the instructions and I found out there is this little cup that the batteries sit in and needless to say from now on I'm gonna read the instructions from the start. When I decided to use that cup I had no issues installing 4 batteries do keep in mind you need to install 4. Three of the batteries fit into the cup and one stays outside and I found it was easier to install the battery that was outside the cup in the back opposite the spring and it made it look weird but I didn't care about that I just wanted it to work so that's what I did. Would I recommend it? Yeah I mean for the price it's worth it even with its quirks, hopefully yours will actually be on sight and centered properly and lastly don't be like me and disregard the instructions they're actually useful.

solid bore sighter....great product. Did a great job at sighting in my rifle. With the bore sighter in your barrel, and the firearm firmly supported on a stand, bipod, etc, aim the laser at a target, then in small increments, rotate the laser by hand, you will see that it makes a small circle on the target. Find the center of that circle, then dial in your scope. Works perfect. Highly recommended item, and highly recommended procedure.

its does its job bringing the target value closer to the crosshairs but fine tuning will still have to be done the old fashioned way
