A must have! Works for so many different ailments.
I’ve used this product for a long time but only when needed. Perfect for food poisoning, detoxing and purifying. If you’re going out for drinks take 1 before you go out and take one when you get home. You’ll feel better the next day. I take it when I get sick as well.

Great price & product !
I like this activated charcoal . It stirs easily into water when i need to get it into my system faster than a capsule. Great for upset stomach. Capsuals are also easy to take . I have broken capsules open and added to olive oil for a poultice for insect bites, scratches and for dark pigmented spots on my skin . It is a good product and I recommend it for any and all first aid kits. Great vallue .

Seems to clean out the system...
It is hard to evaluate short-term whether a vitamin or supplement is actually effective; however, I noticed the first time I used it that I experienced a very mild stomach ache followed by an unusual elimination(!) - from which I conclude that the anti-bacterial properties of charcoal were doing their job! Since then I've taken only half the recommended dose, and spread that out to one in the morning and one in the evening, with the result that there are no more tummy upsets and hopefully it's still working just fine on keeping not-good bacteria out of my gut! :) Charcoal is definitely good for us taken in small quantities if (hopefully) the body is sufficiently healthy to distinguish between 'good' and 'bad' bacteria, and these are easy to digest vegan capsules @ very fair price, so I recommend this product.
