This staff works, and really well.I was dealing with many ear issues/infections lately. I have never got my ears checked or cleaned ever.So you can imagine, 43yo trying to do this by himself.I bought a machine with a camera that helped me to get rid of most of my wax and who knows what else, but without this product I would have never seen my eardrum. This water spray finalized the job properly. It was awesome to stop the ear infections and I gained quite a bit of hearing too!Warning, keep this bottle in your body for at least 15 minutes so the temperature of the spray matches your body temperature. I have never passed out in my entire life, and I made the mistake of using this spray without warming it up with my body. It took me down to the floor. I laid down until I recovered. Very bad sensation, I lost all my balance. You don't want to suffer this, so again, make sure the bottle and the liquid inside matches your body temperature.And don't worry about anything else, the spray is not strong enough to damage your ear drum or anything like that. This product is essential if you want your ears completely clean.

I was pleasantly surprised how well this ear wash works. You just spray it in, massage the area and let it drain. If you have an issue with water getting trapped in your ear, you may want to follow up with a drying drop after cleansing.

Bought this for my dad but, found out he can't use it because of his hearing aids will use it on myself or another family member when my ears or theirs are stuffed.

Looks like there is another review of a person that got very dizzy when using it. Wish there was a warning. I used it and immediately felt extremely dizzy, need my husband to bring me to a chair. After 20 minutes the dizziness went away but then I became nauseous....

I love that I found this product as it's natural and easy way of cleaning ears. I also use natural sea salt saline rinse for nose and allergies too. Sea salt has so many benefits and ways of use it's amazing.

I’m told my hearing might improve by cleaning my ears. I think I might have improved my hearing.

I used the product based on what I read. The product did nothing for me; it did not clear ear wax, and my hearing did not improve. I couldn't return it so I threw it away.
