My ND requested I drink Burdock tea to help with liver detoxing. I wasn't too excited about that. It doesn't taste great. So I did a work-around. The only tea I've really enjoyed is Chai flavors. So I already had the bulk spices in my pantry; ginger, red tea, cloves, cinnamon, licorice root, orange peel, stevia, etc. So I throw the Burdock tea bag in my cup and add my own tea spices to help cover up the burdock flavor. I just found a great tea mug on here that holds the loose spices/herbs as well.

Good not but there is better
Good but not great. I started drinking Burdock tea in Korea and they prepare it differently with younger roasted burdock and it definitely makes a difference. This one just doesn't give that same amount of focus and energy that I was used to.

Not liking it!
I didn't like the smell or taste of the tea. It smells like burning wood and isn't worth the price at all. The flavor was equally disappointing. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this tea to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing tea experience.
