Nekteck Heated Shiatsu Neck Massager with Bag for Pain Relief, NOT Cordless

I've been using back massagers for a good 10 yrs now & until I found Neckteck, I was buying a mas sager every 5 mos or dealing with the insurance you can purchase for them. Its really a pain in the arse. Then I bought my first neckteck 5 yrs ago. Lasted me 2 yrs & then finally puttered out. I bought another one that was supposed to be the same model but it was smaller. I do wish they would've kept the bigger model but it worked great & helped with the constant pain in my neck. I just received a new one today, even though the old one still works. It was getting rough looking. The new one does work differently. like it changes directions automatically. The older one you had to change the direction manually & I like to be in control of the direction it goes, so that sucked. Other than that, anyone buying a back mas sager, Neckteck is hands down the best mes-sager out there so far. That is, if this one lasts as the lasts 2.

Great massager. Easily works out the knots in my neck and back. Gets rid of my aches & pains. Good value for the money. Easy to use. You can actually feel the heat.

This is an edit. They do have wonderful customer service in fact they reached out to me to see if they could send me a replacement because of the issues I had. They were very kind and did everything they could do to help me. I have had the new one for quite a little bit now and I have not had any issues with it. This is the second one I had to buy The first one completely broke now this one which I just got maybe two months ago at the most the fabric is getting wrapped around the massage node I'm actually going to have to take the fabric off and put a different fabric on there thankfully I know how to do that. I like the notes they stick out enough to really do the job but if they keep breaking on me then I'm going to have to go with something else.

I love this massager. Have a shiatsu one that goes up and down the whole back which is nice but with my health issues it is heavy and ackward to move off chair and store. I also have a vibrating body pad that is decent but sometimes the vibrating makes me feel more aggitated, but I do like it. So I got this seeing all the different ways it could be used. I have chronic fatigue so am in bed alot, laying down. I get terrible muscle aches in lower back that can keep me from getting to sleep or wakes me in the middle of the night. I have found I can lay on my side with this massager on lower back (one strap under me and I hold the other or have a pillow against it and I just back to sleep. I can move it up and down my back fairly easy too and boy it feels good. It really helps mellow those muscle spasms. I can I also have neck fusion with neck/shoulder pain. I get those tight knots. I did the massager, but boy after my neck muscles hurt for days. I think I just needed more padding for this area next time.

I was skeptical at first. Never know if you can trust reviews anymore. This thing can be a bit rough when my neck is sore, but it legitimately works for me. It relieves the neck pain I get from being in my 40s.

I bought this to replace a similar one I've had for years. Unfortunately this one is a little more slim and a lot more uncomfortable. The massage "knobs" seem to be more uneven, causing the entire thing to kind of rock against my neck when I use it (basically feels like it hits me on each rotation). It's even worse when using it to help with my headaches. (It does okay for lower back use, so depending on your needs it may work out well. I'm returning this and switching to the similar one with the teal trim.)

I ordered this with high hopes that it would help with my migraines and tension headaches. I am not disappointed! I use it daily after work. The unit is well made and comfy to use.

My wife use this massager every week to relieve tension in her neck, back and everywhere and she always feels great after a massage session. Heating is really nice and the massage is strong and very effective. Highly recommended. The only downside is when I use it (I'm 6'2, over 275lbs), it's confortable but I feel the motor is stuggling when I lean a little bit too much on it. I need to keep strait on the chair to get the best results.

Súper recomendado muy bueno el sistema de masajes.. Tiene calor y si tienes el resultado que estás buscando.. Relaja bastante bien y sobretodo puedes ajustar en el lugar correcto.. Muchas gracias.. Excelente equipo llega con una mochila para trasladar muy buena calidad todo.
