Does this include the inside non-ducted vents and gasket?

It does not have the inside ducted vents and controls but it does have the gasket that fits to the roof

I installed my new 13500 unit. When I plugged in the wiring harness and turned the breaker back on the blower won't stop running thermostat is off

Need to contact Dometic tech support. I removed (2) 13500 and replaced with two 15000. All my wiring, control boxes, and thermostat were unchanged. Both units are running great so far.

Seems like a lot of shipping damage reports from buyers. Have improvements been made to shipping containers for 2019?

I ordered one of these last year, so I don't know about shipping now, but mine came slightly damaged with a dent in the bottom pan and a crack in the top cover next to the dent. I straightened out the dent and pop riveted a chunk of metal under the crack and installed it anyway. When I started it running, it vibrated so much that the whole camper shook. After removing the cover and the inner styrofoam cover, I discovered a big piece of the packing material stuck in the fan. It runs better now but it is still noisier than the old intertherm unit it replaced. I think the plastic on the fan was deformed by the packing material stuck in it. Maybe the fan will get better after it sits for a while.
