Good for one night, bad for everyday
The product definitely adds height, I only use it for one side to compensate for my mutant leg. I just don’t find it very comfortable. It slides around in your shoe. If it were full length it would be more ergonomically correct and it wouldn’t slide. All in all I would pass. Even though everyone else loves it I think it may be more for situational height gain not for daily comfort.
