My ford manual says the recommended coolant is vc-7-b, and the one shown here is vc-7dil-b so are they the same?

they are the same, one is a concentrate which means you have to add 50% distilled water to it before adding. the dil means its already diluted so you can add it to your radiator right out of the botlle.

This is what Google is for. The answer is “no”. This is Ford’s Gold coolant, you need Orange/Yellow equivalent for your vehicle.

Does this fit 2011 F150 3.6L V6 Ecoboost Lariat 4X4?

I don't see the problem. This is what is recommended for my 2022 Ford Roush Ranger. Check your owners manual or Google what Ford coolant is recommended for your truck.

It indicated "ford motorcraft premium gold engine coolant" but this doesn't say "premium" nor can i fond that product. is this the same?

I couldn’t be more happy with this product I put it in my antifreeze reservoir and a light on my dashboard went out and now my heater works this is exactly what my owners manual calls for I’m fixing to buy another bottle of this to just have it on hand it’s great to read the owners manual once in a while thank you

Keep your Ford original with Motorcraft parts

There is a couple things I wont mess with getting a cheaper alternative. I don't know if it really matters but coolant is one of those things.

Great option for those that want OEM coolant for your Ford

Great for those that don’t want to bother with mixing your coolant. Probably not very economical but not having to also purchase distilled water and then mix correctly is worth paying for, to me.
