Hi . . . this unit is merely a sensor that is hardwired to a homes security system (it uses a magnet to open/close an electrical circuit). As such, it isn't a stand alone unit, does not have a reset button, nor any type of audible alarm.

can I buy for a wireless alarm system?

I have wired alarm system. I am not sure whether it will work for wireless also. Looks like the sensor is for wired systems.

can i use it to trigger a strobe ligjt

Would depend on how the strobe light was configured. These sensors are intended for low voltage. It will burn out if you are trying to run 110v through it.
