If you look at the product chart from the manufacturer, right here on this page, you will see that this product line (Gelo) is not safe to 220F because it is not made from tempered glass. Plus, not being airtight, either, it wouldn't be safe to pour in boiling water even if it WERE temperature resistant, as the water could splash out!
