Had digital before these are very accurate and don’t need batteries anymore.

I was amazed at how nice this item looked. It looks expensive and it works well. I am happy with this purchase. I do have one small complaint. When I tried to acclimate the barometer to my area by using the key, it is difficult to move the little pointer arm. It would jump to the next number when I would try to move it a couple of points. But once I set it, then it work well.

Had one of these the whole time I was growing up. This one works great. The barometerntook 2 or 3 days to acclimate and is absolutely spot on. I had pop them out and align them all, but was done easily.

This is our second barometer of the very same design. The first was great for 14 years and always reliable.

This is nothing more than a toy or a decoration, not an actually useful piece of weather equipment with any sort of sturdy build. In its favor, the base is made of wood, and it looks passable from a distance. However, none of the dials are accurate. The temperature is closest to correct, but may be off by about 5 degrees. The barometer doesn't tell the correct pressure even when calibrated with the key, and most disappointing of all was that the hygrometer is constantly about 10 percentage points off of the actual relative humidity as measured by other digital hygrometers. Plus there's no way to adjust the absolute values of the thermometer or hygrometer like you can with the barometer. In addition, I was surprised that instead of glass the gauges were made from cheap thin-walled acrylic plastic. As a child's toy or cheap decoration this might be acceptable, but for almost $50 I would have expected more. There is no way this cost more than $15-20 to manufacture. The silver lining is that upon attempting to return it, I was issued a refund without needing to return the item. I suppose I'll donate it, or hang it somewhere purely as a decoration. Just be aware before purchasing that it really is nothing more than a nonfunctional decoration, and is an expensive one at that.

It's fantastic. Great price Great looks. I wanted one for my den. It's beautiful
