What color do they look like? I want in the middle of white and blue!

Closer to white than blue. If there is a blue hue, it is very subtle. Noticeably less 'yellow' than the less expensive bulbs.

Will these blind other motorists? I'd like a wider lit area but I don't want to harm oncoming drivers.

Men in your 20's: These are not for you! Your lamps need to look hip and cool and pure uber white! For everyone else these are brighter, wider, less interfering to other motorists, and might save your life because you see obstacles further away. But your ride will not look Hella trendy young man. Nerdy in fact :(

If your conversion is an H4, yes they will fit fine. I suggest the PIAA 4000 bulb instead, however, it's much brighter and whiter.
