These are amazing, they helped me get my fiber in while starting keto. Even when I'm taking a break from keto I still pick these. I've gotten a coworker hooked on them, and my girlfriend will eat them by themselves. I will admit the taste/texture had a noticeable difference when i first started using them. They are amazing for putting eggs, chicken, lunch meat on. Sweet treat i came up with, was peanut butter/powder, zero/low sugar jelly, sliced banana, and some low fat cream cheese.
