I have used this product for several years. It was recommended by my carpet installer and does a wonderful job of removing spots.

This stuff is the best for getting out stains in carpet and furniture, including pet stains. Doesn't smell, works quickly, great value for how amazing it works.

Tech is an outstanding stain removal product and we've used it for many years as a laundry aid, etc.. Today is December 30, 2024 and we placed our order on December 8th. Over three weeks have passed since then and several Christmas gifts were order much later, of of which arrived with time to spare. Now consider that we are 'Prime' members and have been for over ten years. There's simply no excuse for something so simple to take so long. Frankly Amazon has disappointed us in several ways recently and I don't think things are likely to improve. I doubt we'll be renewing 'Prime', but I know we'll continue to use 'Tech'. We just won't be ordering it from Amazon.
