Buy them!!!
Listen I took 2 yesterday around 6pm I’m up at 11am still going. I’ve been going nonstop but these things really work. Only slight cramping for me but once you release it’s over. These are the truth!!

these things WORK. and they’re so cheap too, for 90 tablets of them. they really clean you out man, i took one at 5pm yesterday and then another at 6pm after reading the reviews saying to take 2. would not recommend taking 2 on your first time, it took about 3-4 hours for the cramps to start (9pm) and then i had to go for the first time at 11pm. fell asleep, now today, i haven’t stopped going to the bathroom. i’ve gone three times in the span of 2 hours, ive lost 4lbs 😭😭 you really gotta trust the process with these, as they’re overnight tablets which i didn’t know before buying. pls buy they work TRUSSSTTTTT

Eat relatively healthy, or else!!!
I’m gonna be honest, I ate like CRAP when I first started taking these and it was not fun. The cramps were unreal. But recently I’ve been cleaning up my diet and eating a lot more veggies and fruit and now the cramps are practically non existent and I can tell my body is flushing a ton of toxins and my colon is getting the cleansing it needs. So I only recommend if you’re willing to eat healthy for at least half of your day.

HORRIBLE CRAMP PAIN
I took this product because I was bloated. While it did work the pain is strong! I took two pills at 11:20PM, cramps (minor) started at 1AM then at 5AM the cramps escalated to the point where I felt like going to the hospital; the cramps lasted around an hour or two. I wasn’t able to use the restroom till 6:30ish AM. For the rest of the day I frequently used the restroom. If you’re going to use this keep in mind that you might lose some sleep over the pain! Overall would recommend if your REALLY need a push! Make sure to drink lots of water.

When I travel my system gets backed up. Got these because they sounded nice. You have to take a lot for them to work and for me they caused a lot of cramping even on the smallest dose (which did nothing the next morning). A better alternative for me was senna
