Part is broken
My plumber was finally able to come out today to fix this and we opened the box and the wire that connects to the computer board is broken and I am unfortunately outside the return window. I would not have known it was broken even if I opened the box when I received it

This was the replacement part I needed.
Model # I was looking for was an older part that they no longer make. This was the replacement for it. Worked like a charm and I have hot water again!
