Nice and Fancy words for pre biotic and pro biotics. Although it is good but we don't require these supplements which are done through marketing influence. JEat Curd, pickle, idli, veggies and Fruits which grows surroundings your environment. These are biotics don't go for these supplements. These products has limitations. Try to go with natural ways of alternatives.
