it is 6 individual, disposable tape dispensers. Not sure where the 'refillable dispenser' part came from. These are the kind that when the tape runs out...you throw out the little empty plastic 'cassette'.

If you are looking at a box of 6, there are 6 x 650 Inches, which equals 3900 Inches (assuming, of course, that they actually are 650 Inch rolls).
