Had another like this that always gave me trouble starting it. I believe it was a different brand but was very similar except it had a plaster, fake tile top that ended up disintegrating after about 2 years outside under my patio. Repainted it and got it looking ok for another 3 years until to plaster top started to fall apart. Time for another.Saw this one had wood grain real tile top that was easily replaceable and decided to give it a try. Other than the top it is nearly identical to the first one.Goes together easy with just a screwdriver, however I used two screwdrivers as some screws required a number 2 philips and other larger screws for the legs really need a number 3 but a number 2 would work in a pinch if you don't have the larger one.Make sure you don't tighten the leg screws until all else is tightened to make sure it is all aligned and straight. Took about an hour to assemble but I took my time and used hand tools to not strip any screw threads out.Now for the really good part. The thing lit on nearly the first tick! I used to have to work for 10 minutes to get the other one lit but not this one.Also the glass beads are beautiful and quite large. They need to include about 25% percent more so I bought a few more to add to them. Not it looks full.Only issue I had is the sticker over the igniter cover was impossible to get off but a little WD40 took care of that :)Buy it!

We are very happy with this product. I had a small issue with assembly and didnt get through to customer service. A few minutes later, they called me back! The person was great and the issue resolved in no time. (it was my mistake). It is attractive and works as expected.

The Bali Outdoors fire pit (also described as a fire table) is excellent for creating an enjoyable outdoor atmosphere. It contributes to a warm environment on cool nights and we really like seeing the flames dancing across the blue stones. We’ve even used it to roast marshmallows for S’mores!We had an incident where high winds blew one of the tiles off the top and broke it. Bali Outdoors not only replaced the tile, they sent us a new matching set for a very reasonable price. Their support was outstanding.

The GOOD - This fire pit stand looks great and puts out a good bit of heat. Many reviews complained about the unit (especially the ceramic tiles) being damaged in transit. Mine arrived without any dingsand the ceramic tiles were intact.The BAD - The instructions could have definitely been more clear with better illustrations - especially regarding how to hookup the igniter controls. Labels on the wires would have been especially helpful. Too bad they weren't color coded to show which wires connected to each other and thereby avoiding the need to decipher the poorly written manual.The UGLY - I had to drill one of the holes in the tank support to make it properly align with the fitting in the leg. I'm somewhat handy with assembling "kits" such as this but it wasn't the worst I've ever had to do. That being said; I spent about 5 hours spread over 2 days to put this fire pit together.In addition - the igniter does not work and I have to use a lighter to get it started.

Love this table! It was not too difficult to put together and was able to do it in an hour. The entire thing is made of metal except for the tiling on the table. We’ll see how it will hold up over time. Its lighting capability is also pretty decent with 2 settings - low and high - and holds up even when it’s windy outside. You still feel the heat when you’re sitting about a meter or so away. It is a good size for a small patio - not big but also not too small to be a proper table. When the fire is not in use, it comes with a cover so you can use it as a full center table. Overall, I highly recommend it! If you have a small patio and you’re looking for a nice pretty table to furnish your backyard with an additional fire pit feature, this one is definitely going to do the job.

We love this fire pit! It is beautiful and functional. Assembly took 2 of us less than an hour and a half. We purchased the additional glass wind shield because our fire pit is in a windy area and it works great and keeps the flames contained. The four tiles on the top of the table are beautiful, excellent quality (and very heavy) and seem like they will withstand use. The table itself without the tiles, glass beads and tank is actually fairly light. I imagine if left in the elements it would probably rust rather quickly. But it looks nice and with with all the added weight it is very sturdy. We purchased a nice cover that fits perfectly all the way to the ground even with the glass wind shield left on. Best company I have Ever dealt with and I'm 74 years old. Bought this item a week ago. After I unpacked the fire pit I thought there was something missing. I called Amazon and they said they would contact the company and someone would contact me by email within 48 hours.I didn't expect to hear anything over the weekend. Within 4 hours I received an e-mail on a Friday night. There was nothing missing I had made a mistake. Even though they didn't make the error they apologized and told me if there was any problem to contact them and they would take care of it.Three hours later they contacted me again to offer any help I might need. I told them everything was good the fire pit was put together and was beautiful no scratches no dents it was great. My only comment was that I intended to buy some more rocks. I thought it might need a few more.Fast forward 3 or 4 hours they contacted me again and told me that they were sorry that I had any confusion with my purchase they were going to send me another bag of glass rocks free!!! No charge not even a charge for shipping.All of this on a Friday night into Early Saturday morning. Never have I been treated so well. The fire pit and cover which I purchased separately are beautiful. I even ordered the protective glass. I would recommend this company and this product whole heartedly.The only thing I would do differently is to order the fire pit, cover and protective glass right off the bat.Great experience!!!

This is a nice little fire pit for the price. Good solid build. Nice glass. Good size fire. It’s a nice clean and easy way to have a fire on patio.I was happy with the large rounded glass rock. It covered all of the burner except the area where the flame ignites. I’ve seen a lot of fire pits that barely had a handful of glass. I was prepared to order more glass, but didn’t need to.My pictures show the fire at its lowest setting. I used it at this setting for approximately 7 hours on an exchanged propane tank (which are usually 3/4 full). My goal wasn’t to use this as a heat source but I had to move it outside of a 10ft high patio cover on a mild evening because heat was building up. I didn’t take any pictures of the flame on the highest setting, but it doesn’t get much larger, taller ore wider , it mostly gets more dense and intense.I had a wood fire pit years ago and found it a hassle. It was only good for an entire evening dedicated to the fire pit. This is nice to be able to set down and enjoy for 30 minutes, then turn it off and walk away.
