I have sprinkled it on steak, pasta, and even fries, and every time it adds that rich earthy flavor that only truffle can bring. For a bulk bag, the quality is top notch and it feels like having a secret chef’s weapon right in my pantry.

My favorite thing to have for breakfast is scrambled eggs with a side of mashed avocado with truffle salt. I really like this product and enlist in the subscribe and save option. The first 1 lb. bag I purchased lasted almost 3 years. I even shared some with friends and family. It was still good after that period of time.I typically use kosher salt as it has the lowest sodium content of most of the salt you can get. I think because of that, this tastes especially salty to me and I do not need to use much - a little goes a long way.Besides on avocado, this is also good on freshly popped popcorn with some olive oil and is a good seasoning to many types of meat. I will continue to buy this product as long as they maintain their quality.

This truffle salt is exactly what I was looking for. I have a hard time finding a truffle salt that is balanced. I want it strong enough to easily taste the truffle but not so strong that that you don’t taste the salt. This fits the bill. I use on my eggs every morning. Oh and you can’t beat the price for this big bag. I usually pay that much in the store for a 1/4 of this amount. If you like smoked salt they are best for the price as well, and I’m never disappointed. I’ve been using their smoked salt for years and I’ll continue to be a customer for years to come.

This is a better value than similar salts that rely heavily on "flavoring" for the truffle aroma/flavor. Will buy again since it's pretty good, but just be aware if you're used to a truffle salt that uses high percentage of truffle and no addition flavoring, this won't be anywhere near as good - but also the price is much easy to handle that the "real" stuff.

I was very skeptical buying this because of the few 1 star reviews, but I decided, why not. My partner loves truffle anything so even if it wasn't amazing it would be a good gift still. But, wow! I opened the bag and was smacked in the face with the truffle smell (which I love). I immediately made a fried egg for myself and popcorn for him (if you put it on dry popcorn, much like other spices, it will just fall to the bottom. I used the butter sauce (?) from Orville so it had something to stick to). It tastes AMAZING. I also love coarse salt so that is a plus. A lot of people were talking about not having a strong smell or taste, and that depends on the batch they get, which can suck, but im so happy i took the risk (which wasnt a real risk, just curiosity). Definitely will buy this again!

Can't get enough of this salt, I put it on everything that needs a touch of truffle flavour and salt. It's great for things like steaks or fries.

Bought as refill for lat jar I had purchased! Very strong truffle taste and delicious in all types of food! I also use in making my pizza dough! Love it!
