Item as advertised. Easy to install. Mesh insert is for warmer months and can be removed for cooler months. I like the extra side padding. Baby will be here In a couple of weeks and I'm sure it will keep him comfortable.

Loved this for my infant baby. His little head stays in place and he’s comfortable. I use both the black and grey one that comes with it. It’s not too thick or too thin. The appearance is nice. It’s easy to adjust.

I love this universal insert for baby car seat. I am not sure why my infant seat had no head rest from factory, but i purchased this one based on reviews. It was easy to install, it has 2 inserts so it can grow with baby. It says the grey one is cooling but we live is sunny , hot swfl and it is not cooling at all my baby does get sweaty on the back when the rest of her is not. That is the reason for 4 star review. Otherwise 5 stars. The fit is great, sturdiness and quality are great for the price. Seems comfortable for my baby as her head is nicely secured in the car seat now.

Made use of the different layers. One went in the stroller, one in the carseat. The newborn layer was a bit small, my newborn was larger than most. Easy to insert and to remove for washing. Great to support the little ones head while the car or stroller is in motion. My little one runs hot so she tends to get sweaty on her back for longer car rides. So be mindful not to have them dressed or overly wrapped,they'll get hot.

Great support for my newborn’s head and super soft! I like that it has different levels of support so you can adjust it for baby’s growth, but it’s a bit tricky to snap the layers together because you have to invert the tabs. They also snap out too easily so when you pick up baby, a layer comes with her. I bought this because it had a cool wick fabric layer that I thought would work well in summer, but my baby still seems to overheat whether we are in the car or taking a stroll. I’m sure it all works perfectly in the fall/winter, but definitely not light enough for warmer days.

I can't say enough good things about this pillow. We are first-time parents and were horrified to see our 5-day-old son knocked out in his car seat with his head hanging off to the side like a chicken with a broken neck. Luckily, he was fine, but it gave us a serious scare. My wife miscarried last year when we got COVID, and that pain hasn't left in the slightest. It has made us paranoid that something might happen to our son next, but this pillow gives us so much peace of mind. Works perfectly as intended by keeping his head cradled and upright. I'm also assuming it's comfortable because he knocks out within seconds of being secured in his car seat, making trips peaceful and headache-free. This is absolutely a must-have item! Super easy to install, very soft cushioning, and does exactly what it's supposed to =)
