Nice looking, easy to set, dual alarm, dimmable, and a variety of alarm sounds.
I am a super light sleeper, so even this little clock is a bit too loud for me even on the lowest volume and softest alarm sound (I don't like being scared awake by an alarm). My solution was to tape some foam over the speaker and that did the trick! I love that it has dual alarms, you can pick from a variety of alarm sounds, and that you can dim the clock to completely dark if you want! I also love the wooden finish and how easy it is to change the settings. This is my favorite alarm clock in decades!

It’s almost perfect
Great clock radio- My least favorite thing is the color of the clock face (it’s blue) because it lights up the room even when on a dim setting. My favorite thing about this clock is the ability to change the brightness of the face with a dial rather than just a couple different settings so it can go from very bright down to being almost unseen. I also like that the alarm can be set to turn on to radio, piano music, and birds chirping, among others. It’s small, lightweight, has battery backup option, decent sound, and is easy to turn on/off.

Very good alarm clock
This clock has many great features. I really like being able to set the brightness level and the fact that the clock is small but the numbers are large. The instructions were clear and easy to follow and in large enough print that I didn't need a magnifying glass to read them. There is battery backup in case of a power outage. You have several options for the alarm tone or you can wake to the radio. One of my favorite thing is the dial you use to set the time. Instead of pushing a button numerous times (and many more if you accidentally go past the target number) you just turn the dial either way. I would have given this five stars but for a couple of things. The button you push to turn off the alarm is right next to several other buttons of the same size and shape (would like it to be larger or in a different place). The second issue was the FM radio. If you select the auto tune the clock picks the first 30 stations that come in clearly - in my case it didn't get to my 3 favorites. I didn't want to do manual tuning because you only get to select one station. I finally ran auto tune in an area that didn't get as good reception and it picked up two of my favorites. You could probably do the same thing by bunching up the antenna as long as your favorite stations have a strong signal.

Best Clock Ever in 50 Years of Getting Myself Up
I am old enough to have used wind ups, electrics with dials, electrics with little number cards that flipped, (remember those?), LED numerals, clock radios, and just telling myself to wake up at 7. This is hands down the best alarm system ever. I say system because of the array of choices. Sleep options, sound options, snooze options, info on the clock face, plus USB ports and a headphone jack. My favorite option is the dual alarm with weekday, weekend and 7 day modes. I use weekday for the M-F grind/morning get-up. I only use weekend mode when forced to, for a special function. My special favorite is the 7 day mode, reserved for naps any day, any time of the week. I turn it on when needed. (Push one top button.) To reset the time I want to wake up literally takes seconds. My favorite sound option is the quiet little bird chirping. I am a super light sleeper, so it only wakes me. However, there are multiple options from buzzer to beeper to sound effects to the radio coming on tuned to your favorite station. Then there is the dial light with the 0-100% dimmable function. Dial up to full in the daytime for visibility, dial all the way off at night because I like it dark. If needed I can gradually turn it up just enough to check the time, or way up as a night light to stumble out for a calling kid. Set up was easy for everything, with the picture-labeled buttons on top for easy access, change time with the big top dial that moves either way (and is also the snooze button) and only the dual alarm function switch on the back. Oh, and it is always colder/hotter in our bedroom than the rest of the house, depending on the season, and with the thermometer, I can now see how much. (Yikes -10 degrees!) I mean, the only thing this clock does not do is start the Keurig. (May have to suggest that upgrade to uscce.) Great clock! Buy it!

Good value for the price.
I REALLY LIKE THIS CLOCK. IT'S SMALL BUT YOU CAN SEE THE TIME VERY WELL. Easy to program.

Easy to setup and use this clock radio
I glanced thru instruction but probably did not need it. This is straight forward. Set the current date/time, then set either wake 1 or 2 and hold to set hour/minute and rotate top knob to set both. Then it is easy to set multiple wake up settings for clock, tones etc.Compared to others I purchased to replace my easy-to-use dead clock, this is by far one of the easiest and best. I also like the display is not red like my old which is annoying. You can also change display brightness. If you are used to simple to use wake up clock radio. I'd suggest this one.

It's a great little alarm clock radio - but dosen't work for me.
Although there is a lot to like about this alarm clock, overall I'm disappointed with it and it's going back.It has a great display that, unlike most others, displays the times set for each alarm. You don't have to tap any buttons to check what time its set for. It also displays the day of the week and the temperature. The display is easily dimmed, with a simple wheel to turn on the back. Also, it's surprisingly small, which only slightly hurts it's performance (it's a bit tinny).I like to listen to the radio for a few minutes, then get up with the alarm (if I don't tap the snooze for a few extra minutes). So I set the radio to go on some minutes before the alarm, and when the alarm goes off and you tap the button to stop it (or the snooze button), the alarm shuts up, but so does the radio - and I need it to stay on (like any other clock radio I've had in the past). The alarms can only be set for weekdays, weekends or every day, but it's easy to override. I only really need to get up early three says a week, so I have it set for weekdays - and on days I don't have to get up early I tap the alarm button and in place of the time it's set for, it displays OFF. he next time I need the alarm, I just tap that button again and it displays the time it's set for.Setting the time or radio station to play is easy. Tap the button to set the time or radio, and then turn the wheel on top to roll through the time or radio frequencies. It's great that it has charging ports. It says, "Dual USB (1.1A + 2A)," which seems to mean one port will charge at 1.1A and the other at 2A. My phone shows each port only charging at about 620mA. I didn't try using both ports at the same time, but that's probably the maximum the unit can handle. If the 'wall wart' power supply had a higher current rating it might charge at a higher rate (I've just returned it so I can't check it's current rating). Also, the radio is staticky when you have something charging.

Better than most. Would rate 4.5 stars if that was an option.
Updated review:I bought this as a replacement to an Emerson alarm clock that I had for many years. We do not take our phones to bed, plus I dislike my phone's alarm clock, so a normal alarm clock was the only option. Last night was my first night with the uscce Digital Alarm Clock.I liked the Emerson, but there was one huge drawback - the brightness of the display. In fact, I kept the alarm clock covered to keep my bedroom dark. So, I was thrilled to see that the uscce alarm clock had a dimmer, and according to reviews, it goes dark. This is the best feature of this clock - it can be dimmed so your bedroom stays dark. It is also easy to make it brighter, if you need to see the screen. Here are the things I like: the dimmer, dual alarms, choices for the alarm sounds/tones, small size, fairly easy setup; battery backup. For the items I dislike, I will compare them to the Emerson. First, the sound is supposed to start low and slow and gradually increase. The Emerson handled this well, but the uscce did not. It quickly increased in sound and speed (I chose the beeping) so I woke up to a jarring sound, rather than a softer, background noise. I usually wake up quickly too, but within seconds the uscce was screaming at me. I have the sound set at 6, and will lower it tonight. Nothing puts me in a worse mood for the day then waking up wrong. The second thing I disliked was how to turn it off. I could not tell if it was off or not, so I clicked the button a few times. With Emerson, there was a flashing light indicating the alarm was still on, so it was easy to see once it was turned off.As mentioned, last night was my first night. Tonight I will change tones to the birds and see if that is better and I may also reduced the sound from 6 to 4 ish. I hope I get used to turning it off so this becomes a non-issue.Update: there IS a flashing light that lets you know the alarm is still on, so that's great. I am now using the music with birds and it is significantly better (for me) than the beeping. I have the volume at 3 and it's still a bit loud from the start though.Overall, it is a good alarm clock, especially for the price. A few modifications and I would rate it a 5.

Three tries -- but worth it. Great little radio and even better customer support
The story: received the clock in February and was very happy with the design and quality. Particularly the large, dimmable display and also the clear sound and reception on the radio (we live at the base of a large escarpment, so this has always been a problem). Then two and a half months later, the device started to glitch out on its own. I deduced (I have some electronic test gear) that it must be the inside solder joint at the power jack. I emailed the service support from the brochure for help to fix and they immediately, and cheerfully explained that they would send me a new unit, no need to return anything. And that if had any more problems with the device in the future, to contact them again.Three days later, a new unit arrived and it worked fine... for three days. Then it was the same story. Completely stopped working. So, as they suggested, I contacted them again --- this time for a full refund. It's a nice design -- it just needs to work. Still, they deserve a star for not fighting about a refund after the second unit failed too.UPDATE: August 2022Shortly after the second unit died, and I promptly received a full refund, the company contacted me with the news that they had found the power supply problem and corrected it. Then they sent me one of these revised units and it's been running solid and well for a few months now. I like the units compact size (my night stand has a lot of stuff on it!) and good clear numerals, AND -- even though it means a small external wire antenna, this radio is the only one I could find that picks up my favourite station clear as a bell. (I love at the bottom of a large ridge which makes reception very tricky).I have to say that the company's prompt, polite and persistent customer service really blew me away. Courteous, interested in my feedback, and they did not rest until I was fully happy with the product.I definitely would buy from or recommend this company to other buyers. Service like this with online purchasing is (in my experience) very exemplary and worthy of continued support.

No UK adaptor for the power supply.
Bit fiddly to set-up but doable. Power adaptor has a two pin US plug and no adaptor, very irritating.
