I purchased the original chain long ago, but I saved the card that guaranteed lifetime replacement. When the clasp broke, I sent it back to the company and received amazing service! This company truly lives up to its name!

I worked out for 25 years and rewarded myself with a gold chain with a hand holding a dumbbell pendent. It lasted for quite awhile and then the chain began to disintegrate, to the point it was unbearable to wear. After ten operations in the last 24 months, I am back in the gym and wanted to wear my pendant. I was a little skeptical of this chain because of the price, but, i gave it a shot. This chain looks great, is sturdy, and I honestly believe this chain will hold up well. When I go to the gym, I go to work out and I really work out! Sweat and poorly made chains do not go well together. Your neck breaks out in a rash, burns like fire and, eventually, the chain turns green. I haven't had this chain long enough to experience any problems with it, but I do put it to the test. I haven't taken it off since I bought and I even sleep in it and the clasp stays at the back of my neck instead of twisting around and getting caught up in the pendant. All in all, I'm impressed. The only problem I have had is there is no place on their website to register your warranty that I can find. Other than that, I still think the chain was a bargain. If anything changes, I'll let you know.

Beautiful!! I freaking love it! I got the 2 mm 22 inch necklace and 2 mm( 8 inch) bracelet as well the bracelet is a little loose however both look and feel very solid. I had a very expensive one that I broke and it honestly looks just like my old one! It came 5 days sooner than expected! Right on time for Mother’s Day! So yes I am super happy right now. I love great customer service. Now hopefully they hold up their end on on their life time warranty! If so it doesn’t get any better than this for the price. I’ll send and update on how long it’s lasts or if it’s tarnishes.UpdateI contracted customer service about my bracelet since it was too loose Jon contacted me right back and sent me a new one right away and it came 2 days early! It’s been a month so far and both are still shining bright .... they have gained a loyal customer :)

I really liked it and I wore quite a bit without a problem, however after a few months ( not wearing it very much) I have worn it daily for about a 1 1/2 weeks just during the day. I did not sleep with it on. I never showed with it on. Now my neck is GREEN, I’ve never had jewelry turn me green before, that I can remember. Very DISAPPOINTED! I really liked the necklace, size , clasp etc…. But most definitely will not be wearing it now.Worse part is I ordered another necklace large in size and a matching bracelet. Those I have not worn very much at all. So I guess I actually can’t wear them very much or they will start turning me green also. SO DISAPPOINTING.

The necklace when it arrived had a pretty sparkle to it all around, like diamond cut solid gold rope necklaces. It is a pretty necklace, has fluidity , and a lobster claw clasp, which I like. I wore it to work the next day, got compliments. It was said I needed to get a bracelet to match. ( I had one to match just didn't wear it that day) Removed it after work and, I noticed the necklace was stiff, twisted a little, was not as fluid as on the day I received it. I was afraid to keep handling it or to clean it as the instructions for fear it was going to break.Also, the necklace is not too light or too heavy, sits comfortably on my neck.

They always make it right and replace my husband’s necklace when it breaks. They are very good at taking care of my purchase!

The piece is beautiful when new. Best if not used everyday. The customer service is amazing.The first necklace broke within one month and was replaced. The necklace in the photo lasted two years and the chain failed. The gold plating did not last as you can see in the photo. There are a few sparkles in the photo but that was all. We reported the the broken chain and a new necklace was delivered in a few days.

Worst product. Quality of the product is very bad. Looks like very cheap. It’s fade away after 2 days.
