Good value but a bit too hard
Good value for someone like myself who uses these frequently and leaves a few in different places for convenience. Helping me breath with a collapsed nostril. However they are a little too rid for comfortable longer term wearing.

Sadly I bought the wrong size so can't use them but that's my own fault. Quality is good and plenty of them provided for cheap.

not convinced they work
The good ? Feel OK, not too hard although I did cut length down slightly to make them more comfortable and so that they actually fit up my nose properly. The Bad ? Seemingly no effect as my wife says I am still snoring.

Très bonne option contre apnée du sommeil, sans remplacer le traitement médical si besoin
J'adore! Je fait de l'apnée du sommeil à cause d'un rétrécissement des voués nasal, ce petit gadget ouvre les narines et l'air entre mieux, ce qui réduit de beaucoup l'apnée du sommeil. Mais attention, ceci ne remplace pas un traitement médical à l'aide d'un CPAP. Les causes sont différentes pour chacun. Fonctionne très bien, le modèle extra large est toutefois inconfortable. Se lave très bien à l'eau chaude et au savon. Pour les ronflements, je n'ai aucune idée.

Confermo che contro il russare servono a poco. Il loro punto di forza sta nel fatto che migliorano la respirazione durante il sonno o lo sport, soprattutto se si ha il setto nasale deviato. Possono essere accorciati in base alle proprie esigenze e non danno fastidio. Vanno lavati ad ogni utilizzo. La misura è molto grande e si adatta a narici grandi. Consigliati

Lifetime Supply? and Unrestricted Breathing !
These work fantastically! I am not loosing any sleep due to nostrils restricting airflow. I first bought their nose vent assortment. There were two XL size in the assortment. I have lost them both. I had cut them down thinking they were going too far up my nostrils. They seemed to help, but fell out too easily, because of my alteration. When this pack of XL s came I decided to get brave, and used them as is. I am glad I did because they do not fall out, and reliably keep my nostrils wide open. Other Information; -I gently clean them under faucet every morning, and they do not seem to degrade in anyway. - Takes a a night or two to adjust, but it is well worth it. - Save money on not purchasing other options, such as sticky nose strips. -I would suggest you first buy an assortment, so you can find the size and type that works best for you.
