Do I need to use gel???

No gel, just use a little water to wash the pads & they are reusable.

Can you run different programs on each channel? For example neck on channel one and back on channel 2?

No the intensity can be adjusted but u can run random channel to have the different impulses

Can the rechargeable battery be replaced? And, what are the intensity levels in milliamps?

I've had a cheaper TENS unit for 10yrs, used it lots, and the built-in battery is just now starting to go bad. Only had to buy 1 package of replacement pads in 10 yrs.

Pad attached to the cord. Does the cord attach to the main unit? If so isn’t this awkward to wear. Please helpaa
